Angela embodies all that yoga offers. Angela tailors her yoga classes to her clients by requesting areas of focus prior to the class. Angela also offers different levels and challenges during the class, catering for the beginner through to the very experienced. Angela also tailors her Thai Yoga Massage to the recipient, taking health issues into account. I have taken many other yoga classes across States and I have yet to come across anyone better than Angela.
