The regular practice of yoga will assist you in bringing calmness to the body, mind and emotions helping self-development and awareness.

Yoga is not only the physical practice as most people understand. The postures (or Asana) are just one of the tools to help calm the mind and refine the different aspects of self. The eight limbs of Yoga are about disciplining the mind, this in turn ‘fine tunes’ all areas of the self. Each limb has a focus on a different aspect of self, but all areas have the same focus or goal - disciplining your mind to achieve a purer state of consciousness.
